Effective Time Management: Getting More Done with "Getting Things Done"

And now the time is ripe for the second training of the project ATC. This time the role of speaker came to me, Alla Resheten. The subject of the training was rather actual art, science, capability (everyone has a different approach) of time management. Very often I hear the question: how can I be successful in carrying out a lot of tasks for a short period of time? How to combine activity in the organization, work/study and a personal life?
Indeed, the secret is rather simple: if you have a personal self-organization, value your personal time, know how to put priority competently, then you’ll make it! The main thing is to believe and improve yourself.
So, let’s return to the training… In spite of a tropical shower by the window, the people who were interested in a personal success have still gone to the training. The number of the participants was coming up to the 30. During the training we considered the notion of a time management, found out what we could call an effective time management, talked about the traps of time and how to cope with them, discussed the priority organization, became familiar with a notion of procrastination and with the ways of its control, looked through the methods of organization of a personal time and at the end of the training we analyzed 20 ideas of a fruitful organization of time.
As the notion of time management is closely connected with the project management, goal setting, team-work, motion and so on, and during the training appeared the questions on given subjects. In general, the training passed very positively and brightly and above all everybody was happyJ. Everyone had found something new for himself and many were leaving with the words: We must try the heard on the practice! My goal is achieved! And now it is your turn!
